Dispatch & Fulfilment

To ensure smooth and timely delivery during our global launch period, all orders are currently fulfilled from our international distribution center.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

• Orders placed before 10am CET are typically processed the same day
• Orders placed after this time dispatch next working day
• Weekends and public holidays are non-shipping days
